Return and Refund Policy

At Meadowlark Lane Birdhouses, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Each of our birdhouses is handmade from reclaimed barn wood and tin, making every piece truly unique. Because of the nature of these materials, natural variations such as nail holes, knots, and rust patterns are expected and are part of the charm of our products.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
